Terms of service

Effective July 19, 2026. These terms govern access to Social.ng and its workspace, publishing, inbox, listening and analytics features.

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate account information, protect your Authvio sign-in and have authority to connect each social account or data source. Workspace owners control member access and remain responsible for their users.

Acceptable use

Do not use Social.ng for unlawful content, impersonation, harassment, spam, credential theft, platform-rule evasion or unauthorized surveillance. We may restrict activity that threatens people, connected networks or the service.

Your content and connected services

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process and transmit it to the channels you choose. Third-party networks apply their own rules and may change or withdraw their APIs.

Plans, availability and termination

Paid plans renew according to the order shown at checkout. Beta features may change. We work to keep the service available, but scheduled maintenance, provider outages and safety controls can interrupt access. You may close a workspace, and we may suspend serious or repeated violations.

Liability and contact

To the extent permitted by law, Social.ng is provided without guarantees that every post will publish or every third-party metric will remain available. Liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the prior twelve months. Questions can be submitted through Support.ng.
